Watch the pre-recorded benefit and educational videos to help you make the right decisions for your family and yourself! You will be prompted to enter a raffle drawing each time you complete a video. The more videos you watch, the more chances you have to win a prize!

Fuel your mind and body with fresh produce. Pick up your produce bag at the Welcome Table at your preferred event, then fill your bag with complimentary fruits and vegetables.
Good Humus, a local organic farm in the Yolo County region, will harvest and deliver fresh produce right from the farm to Golden 1. You will be supporting local farmers while preparing for your next healthy meal! Visit your event page to see what produce will be available.
SNUGGLE AWAY
YOUR STRESS
We are partnering with local animal rescues to help reduce stress and calm your mind while cuddling a puppy! Visit the Snuggle Away Your Stress tent to pet and play with puppies available for fostering and adoption. To view the puppies currently available for adoption, click on the link below.
If you are interested in adopting a puppy, please ask one of the rescue’s representatives about the process for requesting an interview and learning the steps to qualify for adoption.

In-Person Experience: At each in-person Health & Wellness Expo, you can pick up a Wellness Bingo ticket for a chance to enter the raffle. Winners will be notified via email to collect their prizes.
